SBI Ripple Asiaは、SBI(60%)とRipple社(40%)のジョイントベンチャーです。

Ripple社(代表Brad Garlinghouse)2012年San Franciscoで設立された、国際送金などのエンタープライズ向けのブロックチェーンソリューションを開発する米国のフィンテック企業です。分散型パブリックチェーンXRP Ledgerのネイティブ暗号資産であるXRPをブリッジ通貨として活用するRippleの国際送金ソリューション(Ripple Payments)は現在55以上の国で展開されており、送金ネットワークは世界中で拡大しています。日本ではSBIのグループ企業が活用しており、またその他、日韓大手資金移動業者などの様々な金融機関が利用しています。

今年度より、ブロックチェーン技術(XRPL)のエンタープライズ向け利用拡大に向けて事業企画を拡大進めており、暗号資産を活用したペイメントの事業からさらに事業領域を拡大する段階にあります。

【担当いただく仕事の内容】
・Rippleのサービスプロバイダーとして、日本と韓国におけるマーケット把握から、新規機会の発掘をメインに業務を担っていただきます。
・Web3領域における世の中の動向や、SBIグループ企業との連携から情報を得るほか、そうした先進的なナレッジから、新規事業の企画・開発に役立てることを行っていきます。
・新規事業開発・導入にあたっては、既存顧客やSBIグループ各社へのコンサルティングや支援を行うこともあります。
・Rippleとの連携強化を重視し、サービスプロバイダーとしてのエンゲージメントモデルがワークすることを目標としています。

必要な能力・経験

【必須条件】
・英語(本社へのレポーティングやRipple社員と一緒に仕事をすることに支障がないレベル)
・ブロックチェーン、暗号資産などWeb3領域での新規事業開発に興味のある方。
・グループのアセットを活用した事業シナジーの発掘・構築に興味のある方。

・MBA(国内外問わず)
