特別養護老人ホーム 看護師

【主なお仕事について】

・入居者様の健康管理業務

・バイタルチェック(脈拍、血圧測定等)

・投薬管理と服薬指導

・通院対応と医療機関との連携

・夜間オンコール対応(可能な方のみ)

・賞与:年2回、計4.0カ月(前年度実績)
