【募集背景】

2017年以降実施した複数M&Aを経て、当社調達業務はグローバルでのプロセス管理、改善の強化が必要になっています。また、調達実務において、社内外ステークホルダとの連携を強化し、当社事業規模を活かしたソーシング活動を目標としています。

【職務内容】

・3rdpartyとの業務委託契約に関するバイヤ業務

‐購買依頼元部門との連携、調達条件交渉、発注実務

‐調達プロセスの改善提案、業務効率化の推進

・海外関係会社調達部門との連携

‐グローバルベースでの支出分析、担当品種における調達戦略の策定

資格

【MUST】

・民間企業における調達業務経験2年以上(業界・商材不問)

・コミュニケーション力を生かし、社内外関係者と円滑な関係を構築できる方

【WANT】

・業務委託契約の経験(調達側、営業側は問わず)
