■データセンターを中心とした新築・改修案件において設計者としてエンジニアリング業務を担当
■上記に加えて将来的には、設計者、施工者、テナント等、社内外関係者と連携・調整して、営業Phaseから施工Phaseまでのプロジェクト全体のマネジメント業務を担当(スキルアップ後に従事)

▽データセンターの新増築や改修に関わる下記業務
■建築意匠設計(基本計画、実施設計、行政対応等)
■設計や工事の提案業務/受注支援(顧客ヒヤリング、検討・提案書作成、見積提案、顧客への説明等)
■プロジェクト全体のマネジメント(入社し、経験を積んでスキルアップした後)
⇒設計者、施工者、テナント等、社内外関係者間の各種調整、スケジュールやコストのマネジメントなど

【求める人材】
【必須経験・スキル】
■建築設計の一般的スキル
■建築法規に関する知識及び建築確認申請や建築関連条例に対する理解
■CADの操作スキル(REVIT、AutoCAD、VectorWorks等のうちいずれか)
■資格:一級建築士
■英語に対するアレルギーのない方(英語力は業務を通じて上達できます。)
【歓迎経験・スキル】
▽下記のスキル・経験がある方、歓迎します
■設計事務所経験者(データセンターはもとより、生産施設、大規模複合施設などの建築設計経験者および設計監理の経験者等)
■ゼネコンでの設計経験者(ファシリティは上記と同様となります)

■顧客を支援する設計者、エンジニアとして、専門知識を活かして品質・工程・コスト管理を確実に実施できる方。
また、顧客の課題、現場で発生する課題に対し、周囲を巻き込みながら、主体的に解決できる方。
■担当プロジェクトを成功に導くために、自主的、能動的にプロジェクト実施計画を立案し、必要な技術情報収集と継続的な技術研鑽を行うことができる方。
