・必須文書移管業務

・文書Tracking業務

・文書のコピー/PDF化、ファイリング業務

・クライアントへの文書送付業務(請求書等)

・クライアント/その他関連業者との対応窓口

・医療機関への安全性情報発送業務

・翻訳依頼業務

・捺印申請業務

・資材管理業務

・契約社員への指導、トレーニング

・他部署との交渉業務

・システムの問い合わせ窓口

■募集要件(CTA経験者・正社員または契約社員)

・ CRO、製薬メーカーでの臨床開発業務(CRA、CTA、その他モニタリングに関連する内勤サポートのいずれか)の経験

■募集要件(CTA未経験者・契約社員)

・事務経験3年以上(業界経験問わず)

・PCスキル要(ワード、エクセル)

・英語の読み書きに抵抗がない方
