当社は、1棟収益不動産を軸として「仕入れ or 土地活用診断建築コンサルティング・販売賃貸管理売却サポート」と

川上から川下までを自社で垂直統合し効率性と生産性の高次元での両立を実現しています。

これまでの不動産業界の経験を活かしながら、新しいフィールドで不動産×資産運用のプロフェッショナルとして働きませんか

【具体的な仕事内容】

ご経験や希望により、下記配属部署にて業務を行っていただきます。

ぜひあなたの強みを面接でお聞かせください。

  • 用地仕入

仲介業者様と良好な関係を築き、有効活用されていない1棟アパート・マンションや、

土地の売り物件情報を収集、買付を行います。「優良な収益物件が建てられるか」という視点で見極め、

他部署と連携して交渉を進めます。

  • 資産運用コンサルティング

不動産投資を検討されている方、相続税対策、土地有効活用希望の方に対し投資相談を行い、

その方に最適な資産運用の提案を行います。お一人お一人のお困りごとやニーズ、想いをしっかりとお聞きし、

その解決の為の策をお客様に寄り添って考えます。

  • リーシング(入居者募集営業)

賃貸仲介業者様と良好な関係を築き、空室を素早く解消するための営業活動を行います。

丁寧且つスピード感のある対応と、「仲介業者様や入居者にいかに選ばれるか」を戦略的に考え行動します。

  • 賃貸管理

オーナー目線で賃貸経営に関わる全てをマネジメント。建物管理、入居者対応、家賃回収、

送金、修繕対応など幅広い業務を担当するコントロールタワー役。

オーナーと入居者、業者の間に入り、細かいところまでサポートしていきます。

  • 建築請負営業

土地所有者に新築アパート・マンションの建築を提案。反響、源泉両面からニーズを得てお話を聞くところからスタート。

「単に建てる」だけでなく、その土地を有効に活用する様々な運用方法を提案します。

成長中の当社ではポジションがどんどん増えてきます。

  • 基本給 :243,400円~292,200円
  • 固定残業代(45H):83,880円~100,710円 ※固定残業分超過の場合は別途支給
  • 賞与前払手当 :46,220円~57,590円

賞与 :年2回

・通勤手当:全額

+別途インセンティブ(規定あり)

  • 予算100%達成時のインセンティブ支給込み想定年収 7,999,600円 ~ 9,997,200円

予算を超過して達成した場合は超過パーセントに応じてインセンティブ割増支給

【勤務時間】


平日・土日祝:9:00~18:00(休憩60分)

労働形態 :固定残業(45時間)

※ご入社後、会社規定及び実績に応じて事業場外みなし労働時間制の適用へキャリアチェンジとなることもございます。

休日 :完全週休2日、火・水・土・日のシフト制・年間休日120日
