募集しているのは、こんなお仕事
大手グリーンキャブ本社(もしくは都内営業所)にて、運行管理者として働いていただきます。
主な仕事は、当社で働くタクシードライバーの点呼管理、各種書類作成、電話対応など。
まずは出来ることからスタートしていただき、お仕事に慣れていただければと思っております。

1) 前準備
└ドライバーへ伝える本日の注意点・アドバイスの準備
2)点呼&ドライバーの送り出し
└(何気ない会話をしながら)ドライバーの健康状態チェック
└イベント・取り締まり情報・季節柄気を付ける点をドライバーへお伝え
3)事務作業
└各種書類作成・電話対応・お客様対応(時には事故対応)
└ドライバーへの連絡・本社や他営業所との連絡業務
4)ドライバー帰庫時のお迎え
└ドライバーへの労わりの言葉など、健康観察をしながら会話
└「何か特別なことがあったか」などのヒアリング

サポートするのが、この仕事のミッションです。
健康状態は顔色や目線などにも表れるもの。
なので、日々のコミュニケーションを大切にしていただける方に
向いている仕事です。
※月に1~3回程度、当直(泊まり勤務)があります。

月収295,000円~355,000円を支給いたします

6:00~翌5:00の間で実働8~11時間・休憩1時間
