【主なプロジェクト例】
<食と農業>
・神石牛プロジェクト:生産から提供まで自社一貫体制で「日本一美味しい牛肉」を目指す。現在60頭 → 1,000頭規模へ拡大中。
・焼肉神石:直営焼肉店(2店舗運営中、3店舗目を計画)。神石牛の販売も展開予定。
・農業事業:米(命のいち米)、花山椒、などを自社農地で生産。地域事業者と連携し、食材をアンテナショップや観光・宿泊事業などで提供。
<地域インフラ>
・西川石油の事業承継:ガソリンスタンドを再生し、町民の生活インフラを支援。
・コインランドリー・ごみ収集:地域の日常生活を支えるサービスを展開。
<観光・宿泊>
・神石高原温泉:ph10.2の強アルカリ泉質を活かした温泉施設の運営や、温泉水を活用した化粧品開発。
・阿下迎賓館:古民家をリノベーションした一棟貸し高級宿泊施設。地域の誇りとなる文化財的価値を創出。
・星のこやまランド:星空の名所・星居山に2025年7月オープンした新たなアクティビティ施設。
<医療>
神石のたまご産婦人科・助産院:町内で唯一の産婦人科・助産院を2025年9月開院。
<都市連携>
漆乃煌庵:東京 港区に開業予定の迎賓館。神石高原町の魅力や我々のビジョンを広く伝える発信拠点。
これまでに総額20億円を投資し、100人の雇用を創出。
移住者も増え始め、神石高原町の新たな未来が立ち上がりつつあります。

給与:
固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥5,000,000 〜 ¥7,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥109,000〜¥128,000(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
※年俸600万円以上は管理監督者のため、労働時間、休憩、休日の規定が適用されず、固定残業代は含まれません
待遇・福利厚生:
