NextSTAYでは、宿泊業のあるべき姿を追求し「レジデンシャル型ホテル」業態を始めとした宿泊事業の開発と運営を、地域と連携しながら全国各地で展開しています。
【募集背景】
現在、不動産投資の中でもホテル投資はかなり注目されており、多くの問い合わせをいただいています。
その中でも、ホテル業界のマーケティング業務は最も重要な役割であると考えております。
業務はOTA (じゃらんや)の中で、どのような状態(価格、写真、説明文)であれば予約してもらえる確率が上がるのか、
における「見せ方」であったり、その「見せ方」を体現するための他部署とのオペレーションの連携管理などさまざまです。
事業拡大に向けて、これら広域な業務に主体性をもって一緒に頑張れるメンバーが更に必要になったので募集をすることになりました
【主な業務内容】
〇ホテルのブランディングと販売価格の最適化
・ブランディング業務
- ペルソナ選定などの販売戦略に基づくマーケティングストーリーの策定
- OTA上の写真や文章を編集するなどのビジュアルマーケティング
・エリア戦略策定
- ホテルの価格に影響をするイベントのまとめ
- レビューを元にした改善内容のまとめ
- 競合施設の価格調査
- 自治体での取り組みの調査

マーケティングやブランディングというと、とてもキラキラした業務を想像する方が多いですが、実際はかなり地味な業務が多いです。
文章なら一言一句、写真なら構図や明るさ、雰囲気なら色使い、こんな些細なひとつひとつが印象を作っています。
常に相手目線に立ちながら、この小さな仕事にこだわりを持てる人がいたら嬉しいなと思ってます。
業務内容などをかなり細かく記載しているため難易度が高そうに見えますが、応募いただく上で経験をしたことがなくても問題ありません

フレックスタイム制で勤務をしていただきます。

基本給:月給 25万円 〜 46万円

見込み残業:40時間分(基本給に含まれる)
