【仕事内容】

一戸建てや集合住宅にお住まいのお客様へ、ケーブルテレビやインターネットサービスのご案内を行います。アニメ・スポーツ・映画など多彩な番組や付随するインターネットサービスの魅力を伝え、お客様の生活をより豊かにするご提案をしていただきます。訪問先は一人暮らしの方からファミリー層、シニア層まで幅広く、丁寧なヒアリングとサービス説明、契約書作成までを担当します。

【未経験でも安心のサポート体制】

入社後はビジネスマナーや営業研修、OJTなど充実した研修制度があり、9割以上の社員が未経験からスタートしています。先輩スタッフがしっかりフォローし、安心して業務に取り組めます。
