【業務内容】

クリニックにて、外来患者さまの症状改善だけでなく

"負担のかからない身体の使い方" を再設計するリハビリを担当します。

可動域訓練や筋力トレーニングに加え、

痛みや疲労を生みやすい クセの可視化

日常や仕事の動作に合わせた 使い方の再学習

再発や慢性化を防ぐ セルフケアデザイン

生活背景に沿った 無理のない継続プラン作成

など、治療と生活改善の中間に立つ役割を担います。

医師・看護師と密な連携を取りながら、

「一時的に良くなる」ではなく

"変化が続く身体" を作る支援を行います。

【1日のスケジュール例】

8:45 出勤・カルテ確認・改善ポイント整理

9:00 午前リハ(評価・個別動作改善・運動療法)

12:30 休憩

14:30 午後リハ(生活パターンに応じた使い方指導)

16:30 医師と共有し調整

17:30 記録・翌日計画

18:00 退勤

Aパターン 平日8:30-17:00(休憩1時間)週4日 平日8:30分-18:30(現状金曜日予定)週1回 土曜、日曜休み Bパターン 平日8:30-17:00(休憩1時間) 週2日 平日8:30分-18:30(現状金曜日予定)週2回 土曜日8:50-12:20 木曜日、日曜日休み A、Bを交互にシフト 別に可能ならA パターンの際に 月1回土曜日勤務 ▼非常勤 週2日以上、9:00-15:00 休憩時間:60分

休暇・休日:

【休日】 完全週休2日 日祝日 【休暇】 夏季休暇日2日-3日 年末年始休暇12月29日-1月3日 ▼非常勤 勤務日以外はすべて休日とする
