【仕事内容】
同社製品(FA機器・産業ロボット、もしくはディスペンサー等)の機械設計をお任せします。
- 業務内容
仕様検討から設計製作図作成、設計計算、評価・テストまで幅広く携わります。
- 開発体制・規模
・開発案件ごとに、都度各種設計者数名ずつでチームを組成(数名から10名)
・開発期間は、ディスペンサーなどの小型標準品開発は3ヶ月〜1年(リリースまで)、大型FA装置は半年〜1年(立ち上げまで)です。
- 武蔵エンジニアリングの商材「ディスペンサー」について
同社では、産業用の"液体精密制御装置"としてのディスペンサーを扱っています。これは、"液体やペースト状の材料を決まった量・決まった場所に、正確に出すための機械"です。例えば、接着剤・はんだ・オイル・樹脂・薬液など、流れるもの(液体や細かい粒子が混ざったもの)を、ほんの数滴単位でコントロールします。
スマホや自動車、半導体、医療機器など、様々な製品をつくるときに、「部品をくっつける」「電気を通す」「水や空気を通さないように封じる」といった目的で使われています。
つまり、ディスペンサーは「ものづくりの裏方」として、精密に液体を扱う技術で世界中の製造現場を支えている機械です。

【給与】
500万円〜650万円
月給制 基本給250000円〜400000円
残業代全額支給
