コミュニケーションプランナースタンダード上場/既存顧客向け/伴走支援

【仕事内容】

【業務概要】

「ファンベースドマーケティング」事業のコミュニケーションプランナーとして、グローバルファストフードブランドやティーカフェブランドなどの主要クライアントを担当いただきます。

【業務詳細】

・Windowと呼ばれるプロモーションターム(1か月~2か月単位)ごとの、マーケティングコミュニケーションのコアとなるコンセプト、アイデアの開発。それを中心としたIMC(統合型マーケティング・コミュニケーション)の企画、設計

・Windowの核となる新商品のコミュニケーションプラン開発

100万人規模のフォロワーやつながりを保有するX、LINE、およびその他TikTokやInstagramをフル活用したIMCプランの立案、実行リード

・IMCの各領域を担う社内他部署、外部パートナーや協力先との連携、全体オーガナイズ

クリエイティブディレクターやアートディレクターとの連携によるクリエイティブマネジメント ・施策のROIシミュレーション、実施後の効果・評価、そのファインディングスに基づくネクストアクションの設計の推進

現在8名の体制で、SNSマーケティングの知見を核に、マーケティングコミュニケーション全般の企画設計、運営運用、ディレクション、PDCAなどを担うスタッフ部署です。

年収:560~700 万円 月給制 基本給:273000円残業代:固定残業代制 固定残業時間:40時間 固定残業代:90000円 超過分は全額支給 変動手当:地域手当 15000円住宅手当 世帯主かつ自身で家賃支払いをしている場合に支給家族手当 扶養する高校生以下のお子様がいらっしゃる場合に支給通勤手当:あり 実費支給(上限なし) 賞与:あり 年2回(業績評価によって変動) 昇給:あり 年1回
