【業務内容】
放課後等デイサービスにて、運動機能の向上だけでなく、
「自分でできた」という実感を、自信と表現力につなげる 支援を行います。
姿勢・バランス・体幹強化などの機能訓練に加え、
遊びや活動での"チャレンジ設計"
小さな成功体験を言葉で振り返るサポート
自信が行動や参加意欲に反映するよう導く関わり
自分の得意や好きな活動の発見支援
など、身体 × 自己肯定感 × 社会的参加 の視点を重視したプログラムを行います。
お子さま・保護者・スタッフで成長を共有しながら、
「できた」が自然に増えていく環境づくりに携わります。
【1日のスケジュール例】
13:00 出勤・支援計画確認
14:00 お迎え・ウォーミングアップ(挑戦の導入遊び)
14:30 個別訓練(成功体験を意識したアプローチ)
15:30 グループ活動(共同チャレンジで協調支援)
16:30 保護者共有(成功と次の小目標フィードバック)
17:00 記録・計画調整
18:00 退勤
