【業務内容】
デイサービスにて、ご利用者さまが日々の生活で感じる
「あと少し楽になりたい」
という気持ちに寄り添い、"1日1小変化" を積み重ねるリハビリを担当します。
歩行・立位・バランスなどの基本訓練に加えて、
段差・椅子・荷物など生活場面を想定した動作改善
1日の中で無理なく続けられる超スモールステップ設定
「できた」が増える生活リハ促進
日常の工夫・姿勢・動作のわずかな見直し支援
など、大きな負荷をかけず、継続と安心を重視するアプローチ を行います。
介護スタッフとの連携で、
"今日の一歩" を一緒に喜べる空気づくりも大切にしていきます。
【1日のスケジュール例】
8:30 出勤・申し送り(今日の小目標設定)
9:00 受け入れ・軽体操(可動域ケア中心)
9:30 午前リハ(マイクロ課題へ個別アプローチ)
12:00 休憩
13:30 午後リハ(日常動作ミニ改善訓練・姿勢調整)
15:00 フロア見守り・声かけ
16:00 記録・明日の小変化プラン
17:30 退勤
