注文住宅の施工管理(鉄骨&木造)/神奈川【積水化学G/転勤なし/福利厚生充実】

【仕事内容】

以下業務をお任せします。

(1)施工計画・工程管理

・工程表の作成・進捗管理

・工場製作部門・関連業者との工程調整

・期日通りの引き渡しに向けたスケジュール管理

(2)品質・安全・コスト管理

・現場での品質・安全基準の遵守確認

・工事仕様のチェックおよび是正対応

・コストコントロールおよび追加工事対応

(3)関係者との調整・設計との連携

・設計図面に基づく施工内容の確認

・仕様変更時の影響検討と調整

・関係部署・協力会社との連携による課題解決

(4)顧客対応(必要に応じて)

・工事進捗の報告や仕様説明

・変更希望に対する可否判断・調整

・引き渡し前の確認およびフォロー
