【仕事内容】

プロジェクトマネージャー候補として、生成AI・LLMを活用したシステム開発プロジェクトを技術起点で推進していただきます。

要件が固まった状態で管理だけを行うのではなく、

「この業務にAIをどう組み込むべきか」「どこまで自動化すべきか」といった構想・要件整理のフェーズから参画。

LLMの特性や制約を踏まえた技術的な意思決定にも関与します。

はじめは開発経験を活かしながら、設計・実装フェーズを理解した上でプロジェクト推進を担当。

段階的にマネジメント領域を広げ、技術とビジネスの両面を理解したPMとして成長できるポジションです。

<具体的な業務>

生成AI/LLMを活用したシステム要件定義、設計・開発・運用・活用支援までの一連工程

開発プロセスを通じた品質担保、予実管理、スケジュール管理

LLMエンジニア、インフラエンジニアなどとの連携

スコープ調整や期待値調整、顧客折衝のサポート

顧客への進捗報告、レポーティング

クライアント企業の経営陣・役員・本部長クラスとの対話、信頼関係構築

DX戦略や生成AI活用に関する提案・案件立案の支援

提案に関わる技術調査・PoCの実施

【求める人材】

<求めるスキル、経験【必須】>

■以下のご経験をお持ちの方

システム設計・開発経験(プログラミング経験必須):3年以上

プロジェクトリードの経験:2年以上 ※案件規模問わず
