仕事内容


管理部門にて、グループ会社全体の経理業務をお任せします。

会計入力(弥生会計)を中心に、月次管理や支払業務などを担当していただきます。

「もっと経理を学びたい」「実務力を高めたい」という方が、日々の業務を通じて専門性を磨ける環境です。

事業の成長を支える経理のコアメンバーとして活躍していただくことを期待しています。

グループ会社は飲食・不動産・保険など複数事業を展開しています。

主な業務内容

  • 弥生会計への仕訳入力
  • 減価償却計算
  • 月次損益作成(部門別収支)
  • 入出金管理
  • 売上チェック
  • 請求書発行
  • 売掛金管理
  • 償却資産税申告
  • ネットバンキングでの支払業務
  • 資金繰り表の作成

弥生会計での入力業務をベースに、

月次管理や管理会計など、経理としての実務領域を段階的に広げていただきます。

いきなり幅広い業務を任せることはなく、経験や習熟度に応じて担当範囲を調整します。

  • 経理の専門性を高められるポジション

管理部門に所属し、グループ各社の経理業務を専門的に担当します。

人事・総務業務を兼任することはなく、

経理実務に集中しながら、事業を数字で支える役割を担っていただきます。

  • 落ち着いた就業環境

・完全週休2日制(土日祝)

・業務過多になりにくい体制

・年間休日120日以上

※管理部門は全員が中途入社。

経理の実務経験をお持ちの方

※経験の領域や深さに応じて、まずお任せする業務範囲を決定します。

実務の習熟度を見極めながら、無理のない形で担当領域を段階的に広げていきます。

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 21日

勤務時間:9:00~18:00(休憩:1時間)

※月平均残業時間:3時間~10時間

完全週休2日制(土・日・祝)

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 22万6200円 〜 25万4900円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり4万8800円 〜 5万5100円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり30時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

【昇給】

年1回

(6月、12月/入社半年経過後から支給)

交通費全額支給

資格手当(宅地建物取引士2万円)

※管理職候補の採用では、役職手当の他、実務レベルを評価したうえで階級手当も付与します。

お昼の休憩は、各自1時間で

喫煙所:なし(敷地内全て禁煙)
