仕事内容


工場内作業の下記ポジションの中から希望・適正を考慮し決定します。

※それぞれ担当に分かれて作業をするのですぐに覚えられますよ。

(1)加工前処理・選別作業

…入荷品した電線などを素材やサイズ毎に仕分けを行ったり、長すぎる物は切断を行ったりと

前処理加工をお願いします。

(2)電線はがし作業

…専用の機械を使用して電線の外側のゴム製の被膜を剥がして「銅線」と「ゴム被膜」に分別し

箱に収納するだけの簡単作業。

(3)分解作業

…主に金属製品の分解し鉄・アルミ・銅などの素材ごとに仕分けを行う作業をお願いします。

作業には電動ドライバーなどを使用して行います。

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり5時間20分

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり8日 〜 24日

9:00~16:00(昼休憩1hあり+20分の小休憩2回あり)

※20分×2回の小休憩も時給は発生します。

(1日実働5時間20分ですが給与は6時間分にて計算)

休日休暇


日曜定休(週2日~のシフト制勤務)

※勤務日数・曜日は相談可能

※扶養内勤務や平日のみ勤務も可能です。

  • GW・夏季・年末年始の長期休暇あり(各7日程度)

給与詳細


基本給:日給 8000円 〜

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

日給は1日6h勤務+毎日支給される昼食代500円にて算出しております。

(時給1250円~×6h+昼食代500円=8,000円~)

※その他、早出・残業などの場合は別途手当支給。

給与例


【月収例】

週5日勤務の場合=月給176,000円~(8,000円×22日勤務)

週3日勤務の場合=月給96,000円~(8,000円×12日勤務)
