【繊維素材を作る機械の操作】

住宅のフロアシートや内張などの素材となる

ガラスファイバーという素材を作る工場でのお仕事です。

配属先によって扱う機械は違いますが、

基本的にはボタンを"ポチッ"と押すだけなどの

かんたんな操作です。

  • 作業詳細

(1)ガラスファイバーを巻き取る工程

原料であるガラスを糸に加工した製品を

巻き取るための工程です。

・機械に芯を設置する

・糸を巻き取りやすくするためゴムを付ける

・機械のボタンを"ポチッ"

・自動で糸が巻き取られるのを確認

(2)機械から取り外す工程

巻き取り後のガラスファイバーを

機械から外し次の裁断工程に運搬します。

作業は機械の横にある台に乗せるだけです。
