【主なお仕事内容】

・新規接客:ご結婚式をご検討中のお客様へ、ヒルトン小田原リゾート&スパでどんな結婚式を挙げることができるのかなど、施設の魅力をお伝えしていきます。

・打ち合わせ:ご成約後には、ご結婚式当日に向けてご新郎ご新婦のご要望を伺いながらお二人がご希望する以上のご結婚式をプロデュースしていきます。

・施工立ち合い:当日のサービスはサービススタッフが行いますが、お打ち合わせ内容に沿ったご結婚式が円滑に執り行えるよう、全体の指揮をとります。

アピールポイント:

海・空・緑の自然美溢れるチャペルや眺望抜群の会場をはじめ、リゾートらしい抜群のロケーションを活かした結婚式をプロデュースしています。

披露宴会場は多彩にあるので、ご両家での会食も、アットホームなパーティから、たくさんのゲストを お招きしての披露宴と多種多様です。

ご新郎ご新婦にとって大切な1日が、安心と寛ぎに満ちたおふたりらしい素敵な時間となるよう、おふたりの想いを紡ぎおふたりの一番近くに寄り添い続けます。

・ヒルトン小田原リゾート&スパ内のウエディング事業を受託運営しています

・プランナー業務だけでなく、ご経験等に合わせてお衣裳のお打合せもご担当いただきますので、ドレスコーディネーターの経験値アップも叶います

・年間休日110日、年末年始は休館日もあるのでプライベート充実

・賞与は年2回支給(業績により)

・ドレスコーディネーター経験のある方

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~21:00(シフト制、実働8時間、時間外勤務あり)

※婚礼やイベントにより異なる場合がございます

休暇・休日:

・年間休日110日(夏季休暇2日、冬季休暇2日、アニバーサリー休暇1日)

・有給休暇最大20日付与

・慶弔休暇、産育休(男性取得実績あり)

アクセス:

根府川駅より バスで 5分

給与:

■年収例 450万円

(月給30万円+残業手当+諸手当)

・交通費支給(上限月5万円)、残業代別途支給、深夜手当(22:00以降)

・昇給年1回、賞与年2回(業績による)

・残業代は1分単位で支給

・固定残業代なし(本求人外の職級にはあり)
