【組織の概要】

マーケティング戦略コンサルティング部は、顧客のマーケティング活動の高度化を、独自のデータや最新のテクノロジーを用いてご支援しています。市場分析/予測、国内外の生活者調査、広告アクチュアルデータ提供といった基本的なリサーチ機能をベースに、ブランディング、コミュニケーション、組織・マネジメントといったマーケティング全般に対するコンサルティングに加え、生活者トレンド等の社会提言、情報発信で広く社会貢に献しています。

・マーケティング・広告領域に高い関心を持ち、お客様の事業の拡大に向けて、自分事として取り組む積極性

・データなどによって事象をファクトで語ることとともに、お客様の背景、課題の本質を推察する洞察力

・生活者、マーケティング、広告など、特定の分野で社内外の第一人者となり、長期的な取り組みをすること

【具体的な職務内容】

- マーケティング領域全般に関するコンサルティング業務(戦略立案、実行支援)

1.リサーチセグメント

・市場分析/予測、生活者リサーチ(インターネット、郵送、対面、FGIなど)

・富裕層調査、海外調査

・ステークホルダー調査、営業職員調査

・生活者インフラデータ、広告アクチュアルデータ提供

(基本属性、メディア/チャネル利用、思考傾向、消費傾向、実行動、購買実態、広告出稿状況など)

2.コミュニケーションセグメント

・セグメンテーションおよびターゲティング戦略立案

・重要KPI抽出、ファネル/カスタマージャーニー構築

・広告効果測定、広報PR効果測定

・コミュニケーション戦略策定、メディア選定、クリエイティブ制作支援

・MMM(マーケティングミックスモデル)構築、メディアシミュレーション、出稿最適化

3.ブランディングセグメント)

・商品ブランド調査、ブランドコンセプト立案、ステータス定点管理

・企業ブランディング、中長期ブランドビジョン策定

・サステナビリティ事業ブランディング

・既存品のリブランディング、新商品/サービス導入支援および上市後ブランド育成

・マーケティングダッシュボード、BIツール導入

4.組織・マネジメントセグメント)

・組織/業務フロー再構築

・ナレッジ整理、社内浸透支援

・伴走型支援、ブランドマネージャー育成、宣伝担当者研修

- 社会提言、情報発信業務

・生活者トレンド把握、提言論文/レポート執筆

・寄稿、講演、取材対応、委員就任他

・広告効果賞、生活者ブランドランキング

・(主に学生向け)マーケティング分析コンテスト実施

応募条件

【必須スキル・経験・資格】

・コンサルティングファームにて、マーケティングに関するコンサルティング業務経験を有する方

・広告代理店、調査会社、事業会社にて、マーケティング、広告に関連する業務経験を有する方

・現段階での実務経験が少なくとも、マーケティング領域のコンサルティング業務に高い関心・興味を有する方

・新規事業立ち上げの実務経験。または、経験が無くても、高い関心・興味を有する方

【歓迎するスキル・経験・資格】

・コミュニケーション能力、プレゼンテーション能力、論理的思考力

・(必須ではありません)統計ソフトウェア、プログラミング、DB、BIツールなどの経験
