仕事内容:

社内の事務サポートを担う人事アシスタント

複数の事業を展開する企業の管理部門にて、事務サポートを担当していただきます。

所属部門では、社員の入社手続きや応募者との連絡、資料作成など、日常的な業務の効率化に取り組んでおり、今回の募集は体制強化を目的としています。

担当いただくのは、採用に関わるメール対応や面接日程の調整、社内マニュアルの作成補助、イベント準備など。専用のシステムやテンプレートがあるため、事務経験があればすぐに馴染める環境です。

業務は社員と協力しながら進めるため、周囲と連携しながら着実に取り組んでいただける方を歓迎します。

●主な業務内容

  • 面接日程の調整、連絡対応(メール・システム)
  • 人事関連データの入力・更新
  • 社内向け資料の作成補助(Word・Excel使用)
  • 社内マニュアル・手続き書類の整備補助
  • 社内イベントや研修の準備、スケジュール調整
