仕事内容

・大学法人向け業務システムの運用、顧客からの問い合わせ対応

・各部局やベンダーとの調整、仕様書作成、ミーティングでの取りまとめ

・ネットワークを中心とした認証基盤や学生管理システムの運用

・リプレースに伴う仕様書作成や運用サポート

就業環境

・24365対応やシフト夜勤なし

・障害対応による休日/夜間作業は年1~2回程度

・土曜はローテーションで対応

・毎月1回マネージャーとのカウンセリング面談あり

・技術力だけでなく、書類作成や予実管理などビジネス面も学べる

月給:350,000円~420,000円

月給 = 基本給 + 各種手当(※残業代・交通費は別途支給)

・年収例:

- 350万円…月給24万円+賞与(27歳、経験3年、SE)

- 500万円…月給35万円+賞与(35歳、経験10年、SE)

- 650万円…月給42万円+賞与(35歳、経験14年、PM※部下5名)

・昇給:年1回

・賞与:年2回

・試用期間:3ヶ月(同条件)
