*About The Role*
Qt Group では、営業組織をリードし、事業拡大を牽引するシニアセールスマネージャーを募集しています。
産業オートメーション、医療機器、航空宇宙・防衛、コンシューマーエレクトロニクスなどの多様な業界に対し、新規ビジネス創出・戦略アカウント管理を行うと同時に、チームメンバーの育成、パフォーマンス管理、チームの成長と拡大をリードしていただきます。
Qt Group is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow our Japan sales organization. This role combines direct revenue responsibility with leadership of a high-performing sales team covering industries such as Industrial Automation, Medical Device, Aerospace/Defense, and Consumer Electronics. You will be responsible not only for driving new business and managing strategic accounts but also for coaching, developing, and scaling a team of Account Managers to deliver consistent and predictable results.
Possible location for this position is Tokyo.
*What You'll Do*

- パイプライン構築状況を把握し、営業プロセス全体の遂行・管理を行う
- 成長戦略を立案し、チームマネジメントを通じて売上目標の達成を目指す
- 顧客の開発現場での課題を理解し、ニーズに基づいた Qt 製品による最適な解決策を提案する
- 既存顧客との中長期的な関係を構築し、横展開による売上拡大を推進する
- 新規顧客の開拓および関係構築を行う
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers, ensuring strong engagement, skill growth, and performance accountability
- Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual revenue numbers for the team
- Ensure team is effectively building pipeline and holds the team accountable for executing each phase of the sales process
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team
- Understand and define the issues at the customer`s development site, identify their needs, and propose solutions using Qt products
- Build medium- to long-term business relationships with existing accounts and promote horizontal expansion to expand sales
- Develop new accounts and build relationships
*What You Bring To The Table*
- 7年以上の産業オートメーション、医療機器、航空宇宙・防衛、コンシューマーエレクトロニクスなど、組込みシステム領域向けのソフトウェア/テクノロジー営業経験
- 中長期での提案サイクルにおけるクロージング経験
- 5年以上のピープルマネジメント経験(5人以上)
- セールスマネージャーとして継続して目標を達成してきた実績
- 高いコミュニケーション能力とチームワーク志向
- 顧客中心の思考(Customer Centric)
- コーチング・メンタリングなどの人材育成スキル
- 優れたコミュニケーション、交渉、協働スキル
- ネイティブレベルの日本語、ビジネスレベル以上の英語
- 7+ years of technical software/technology sales experience in Embedded Systems in Industrial Automation, Medical Device, Aerospace/Defense, and Consumer Electronics industries, with at least 5 years in a managerial or team-lead role
- Proven success in managing and developing sales teams and achieving revenue targets
- Experience in proactively closing medium to long-term sales cycles
- Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- High communication skills and value teamwork
- Customer-centric mindset
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
- Native-level Japanese and Business level English
