仕事内容:

自動車業界における最先端の機械学習モデルのパフォーマンス向上に貢献するデータエンジニアリングのプロフェッショナルを募集しています。

市場やテスト車両などから収集される膨大なデータ(カメラ画像など)を効果的に活用するためのデータ戦略の立案と実行を担当いただきます。

主な業務内容:

・データ収集、サンプリング、ラベリング、取り扱いに関する戦略策定

・機械学習モデルのパフォーマンス向上を目的としたスケーラブルなデータパイプラインと自動化の設計・改善

・大規模データの特性分析に基づいた技術的解決策の提案

・関連部署と連携し、データ関連活動の推進とチームメンバーのデータサイエンス能力向上支援

求める人材:

【基本スキル】

・データサイエンスまたは関連分野での1年以上の経験

・機械学習(深層学習、統計分析、数学的モデリング)など、データサイエンスの理論的側面に関する経験

・データサイエンス用のソフトウェアをPythonで記述する経験(numpy、scipy、scikit、pandas)

・SQL(または他の種類の)データベースの使用経験

【尚可スキル】

・データサイエンスまたは関連分野での5年以上の経験

・ビジネスアプリケーション(生産、商業サービス、公共サービスの開発など)のためのデータサイエンスまたは関連分野での2年以上のテックリードまたは管理職の経験
