This role sits within their after-sales service program, supporting protection, repair, renewal, upgrades, and overall customer experience.What You'll Do
Coordinate cancellation and return requests using internal Excel-based workflows.
Manage service order processes including device registration, quotation requests, inspections, and gift-card-based payment issuance.
Verify invoices and cross-check customer data to ensure accurate billing and prevent issues such as stolen device claims.
Liaise between Japan-based customer support teams and global IT support teams to resolve escalations quickly and efficiently.
Support the smooth operation of an after-sales service program used nationwide.
What We're Looking For
Strong coordination and operational support skills.
Ability to work with Excel and internal systems.
Clear communication skills to collaborate with both domestic and overseas teams.
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to verify data and maintain accuracy.
