仕事内容:

YouTubeビジネスメディア(対談、解説番組、密着ドキュメンタリー等)の制作全般をお任せします。

  • 映像編集: 単なるカット作業ではなく、文脈を汲み取った「伝わる設計」を重視します。視聴者が飽きないテンポ感や、内容を補足する図解・テロップの作成。
  • 撮影業務: 現場での複数カメラによる撮影。照明や音声のセッティング、出演者が話しやすい環境づくり。
  • 制作のブラッシュアップ: 経験を活かし、映像の質をより高めるための提案も歓迎します。

ポイント: まずは弊社の編集スタイルに慣れていただき、並行して撮影現場での実務にも携わっていただきます。

求める人材:

  • 動画編集の実務経験: Adobe Premiere Pro等を用いた制作実績がある方。

  • 週3日以上のオフィス出社: チームでの連携を大切にするため、東新橋のオフィスへ通える方を募集します。

勤務時間・曜日:

09:00-18:00(休憩1H)

休暇・休日:

完全土日休み: 制作現場では珍しく、週末はしっかり休める体制です。インプットや趣味の時間も大切にできます。

勤務地:

  • 所在地: 東京都港区東新橋2-16-3 カーザベルソーレ2階
  • 環境: 制作に集中できる落ち着いた空間です。汐留・新橋エリアの利便性を活かしたアクティブな活動が可能です(社内禁煙)。

  • 汐留駅(ゆりかもめ): 徒歩5分
  • 大門駅(都営地下鉄)/ 浜松町駅(JR): 徒歩8分
  • 新橋駅(JR・東京メトロ): 徒歩9分

給与:

  • これまでの実績や、お送りいただくポートフォリオを拝見し、誠実な評価のもと決定いたします。
  • 求人票記載の給与に関しては正社員でのご勤務いただいた想定の給与となります。その他アルバイト・業務委託など雇用形態はご希望をご相談ください。

待遇・福利厚生:

交通費: 別途実費支給(1日上限1,000円)
