【具体的な仕事内容】

Salesforce Manufacturing Cloudを中心とした製造業向けDX導入プロジェクトにおいて、

顧客の要件定義から設計、進行管理、リリースまで、

上流工程を中心に一気通貫で関われるポジションです。

受注・契約・売上予測(Forecast)など、

製造業特有の業務プロセスをSalesforce上に落とし込み、

経営・営業・生産をつなぐ基盤構築を担っていただきます。

<具体的な業務内容>

・クライアントの経営/業務課題(製造・営業・予測)のヒアリング・要件整理

・Manufacturing Cloud導入に向けた構想策定・要件定義

・プロジェクト計画立案・スケジュール策定

・Salesforce導入・開発プロジェクトの進行管理

(Manufacturing Cloud/Sales Cloud 等)

・チームメンバー・外部ベンダーのタスク管理/レビュー

・ステークホルダーとの調整、品質・納期・リスク管理

・システム提案・改善提案資料の作成

・製造業向け受注・売上予測管理(Manufacturing Cloud)導入

・グローバルメーカー向け契約管理・予測基盤構築

・営業・生産部門連携を目的としたSalesforce活用支援

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

勤務時間:9:00〜18:00(フレックスあり)

休日休暇


完全週休2日制(土・日・祝日)

基本給:月給 80万円 〜 100万円
