Job Description
主な業務内容:
Customer Trainerは、所属する地域のTraining Managerにレポートします。このトレーニングプロフェッショナルとしてのポジションは、da Vinciシステムの技術トレーニングを実施し、泌尿器科、婦人科、一般外科、心臓胸部外科など様々な外科専門領域における医師主導の外科医向けトレーニング、第一助手、手術室スタッフを対象としたトレーニングを円滑に進める役割を担います。Customer Trainerは、トレーニングプログラムの継続的改善に積極的に取り組み、カスタマートレーニング、エンジニアリング、トレーニングリサーチイニシアチブをサポートします。
役割と責任:
- 指定のトレーニングセンターおよび他のセンターにて、外科チームのためのda Vinciサージカルシステムのトレーニングプログラムを随時実施
- 専門領域のトレーニングプログラムおよび学会イベントの主導・サポート。教育者側の外科医およびコース参加者のニーズへの対応も含む
- データ収集のためアンケート調査を実施し、プログラムの有効性を測定する
- 社内プロジェクトにおいて当該領域の専門家としての役割を担う
- 新製品開発
- トレーニング教材/プロトコルの開発
- トレーニングリサーチイニシアチブ
- 既存のトレーニングプログラムを改善するために、創造性、信頼性、柔軟性を持ってトレーニングチームと協力する
- 新製品や既存の製品について、営業担当者が顧客とのインサービスおよびシステム技術のスキル開発といったアクティビティを行うためのトレーニングを営業担当者に対して実施する
- 手術室内におけるda Vinciシステムのサポート(不定期)
- トレーニングセンターにおけるda Vinciサージカルシステムのトラブルシューティングとメンテナンスサポート
- トレーニングセンターにおけるロジスティックス、在庫、トレーニングカレンダーの管理
- インストゥルメントおよび付属品の洗浄・滅菌を含む全ての設備機器のメンテナンス
- 外部トレーニングセンターの関係者とISI上層部との良好な関係をサポート
- 組織としての4半期目標達成への貢献
