仕事内容

〔1〕受付業務

・訪問者や居住者の応接・電話の応対

・各種届出の受理、管理用備品・共用施設の鍵管理等

〔2〕巡回・点検業務

・建物・設備の外観目視点検・記録

・管球類等の点検・交換、不審物・無断駐車の確認等

〔3〕立会業務

・保守点検・営繕工事・特別清掃等外注業務の実施の立会い

・災害・事故処理の立会い等

〔4〕清掃業務

・建物共用部分および敷地内の清掃(建物玄関・共用施設・廊下階段・駐車場 等)

・ゴミ置場の清掃・整理整頓、ゴミ収集車までの運搬等

〔5〕報告連絡業務

・定時業務報告(各種届出・点検結果・立会結果等)

・災害・事故、居住者のクレーム等発生時の連絡・報告

〔6〕管理組合関連業務

・管理組合の理事会・総会の運営補助

・管理組合の文書の配付・掲示

※フルタイム勤務の場合の業務内容です

※マンションの規模・戸数等により業務量・内容は変わります

給与

時給 1,500円(月収例 102,500円 月68.3時間勤務した場合)

【研修内容について】

・入社後、弊社の研修センターで5日間の研修を行います(給与・交通費も支給)。

・「見て・触れて・学ぶ」体験型施設を利用し、実践的な研修を実施します。

・研修を通してマンション管理の基礎から応用までを学んでいただきます。

・研修後現場で独り立ちをされるまで先輩社員が丁寧にサポートいたします。
