ゲーム・アニメ・漫画・Vtuberなどエンタメ業界の企業様へ、クリエイターをご紹介する人材紹介サービス「GIKUTAS Agent(ギクタスエージェント)」を運営しております。絵を描く人、作る人、動かす人——そんなクリエイターの皆さんの夢を叶えるサポートを行います。

■ 主な業務内容

ご希望や適性に合わせて、下記の業務をお任せします。

<企業担当業務>

・求める人材のスキル・雇用条件・人物像などのヒアリング

・条件に合うクリエイターを紹介し、採用をサポート

<クリエイター担当業務>

・求職中のクリエイターの方へ希望条件や働き方をヒアリング

・条件に合う求人やプロジェクトのご提案

・履歴書・ポートフォリオ・面接へのアドバイス

・入社後のフォローアップ

▍必須条件

・社会人としての実務経験を1年半以上お持ちの方

▍歓迎条件

・漫画・アニメ・ゲームなど、エンタメやクリエイティブにワクワクできる方

・誰かの挑戦を支えたり、背中を押す仕事に興味がある方

・営業/接客販売など、対人でのコミュニケーションを軸に成果を出してきた経験をお持ちの方(業種不問)

勤務時間・曜日:

平日(月〜金)稼働、土日休み・祝日休み

10:00~ 19:00(休憩1時間)

※ 残業は平均21時間/月程度となります

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥3,500,000 〜 ¥5,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥71,055〜¥103,365(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

・記載の給与は入社時を想定、経験やスキルを考慮し決定いたします

(例)年収450万円(30代前半・入社4年目/月給32万円+賞与)

・年収=月給×12ヶ月分+賞与×2回分

・固定残業時間45時間分を含みますが、超過分は別途支給、残業がない場合も全額支給いたします

・平均残業時間 月21時間(平均1日 1時間未満)

・昇給 年2回(1月・7月)

・試用期間6ヶ月あり
