「施工管理って難しそう…」と思うかもしれませんが、未経験か

らのスタートも大歓迎

入社後は先輩社員がつき、OJT(現場研修)で一から丁寧に指

導します。また、必要な資格(施工管理技士など)も、会社の支援

のもとで取得可能です。実際に、未経験からスタートし、現場を任

されるまで成長した社員も在籍しています。

2025年7月現在、当社には20~26歳の若手スタッフが5

名在籍しており、現場に活気があります。また、県内でもトップレ

ベルの技術を持つ熟練職人たちが在籍しており、質の高い仕事を支

えています。職人同士のコミュニケーションも良好で、施工管理職

にとっても指示が出しやすく、協力し合える環境です。

工程通りに現場が進み、建物が完成した瞬間は、言葉にできない

達成感と誇りがあります。「自分の采配でこの建物ができた」と実

感できるのは、施工管理ならではの醍醐味です。

これから施工管理を目指す方も、経験を活かしてキャリアアップ
