仕事内容:
名古屋市中区大須のホテルにて、お客様対応を中心とした業務をお願いします。
〔主な業務内容〕
宿泊予約管理:電話やインターネットからの予約受付、予約情報のパソコン入力、予約内容の確認作業を行います。
お客様のご要望をしっかりと伺い、快適なご滞在をサポートします。
フロント接客:チェックイン時には宿泊カードの記入案内や客室の説明、館内施設のご案内を担当します。チェックアウト時には料金精算や領収書発行、お見送りまで丁寧に対応します。
事務業務:売上データの集計、顧客情報の管理、各種書類作成などのデスクワークも担当していただきます。パソコンの基本操作ができれば問題ありません。
〔1日の流れ〕
9時から18時までの勤務で、休憩時間は1時間確保されています。
業務の流れは先輩スタッフが丁寧に指導しますので、未経験の方でも安心してスタートできます。

入社後は基本的な接客マナーから業務の流れまで、段階的に学んでいただけます。
お客様に寄り添う接客スキルを身につけることで、サービス業のプロフェッショナルとして成長できます。
