Generative AI Advisory Consultantは、お客様のビジネス課題にアラインしながら、お客様にとってのお客様に拘り、関連するデータを深く掘り下げて分析を行い根本原因を特定し、解決のための方策をまとめあげます。生成 AI はそのキーであり、ビジネス価値はもちろんのこと、技術的な考慮点も踏まえた深い洞察力が求められます。
また、DX-Advisory Consultant, AI/ML Engineer, Data Scientist, Infrastructure Consultant, Security Consultant といった関連するメンバーと協力しAWSの生成 AI サービスをはじめ関連するサービスを組み合わせて最適なアーキテクチャや技術解決策をお客様へ提示し、その実現を支援します。

Key job responsibilities
サービス提案活動の支援、課題・ニーズの分析、解決アプローチの定義、最適な生成 AI プロダクトの提示、データの集計、データの探索、生成モデルの構築と検証、展開、およびその結果を使って組織にビジネスインパクトをもたらすための人材育成、組織変革プログラムの提供など、生成 AI プロジェクトの誕生から成熟までお客様を支援します。
お客様のビジネス課題やニーズを適確に把握し、問題を構造化してビジネス要件として整理します。
ビジネス要件実現のために必要な 生成 AI プロダクトの要件を抽出し、候補となる生成 AI サービスやモデル、アルゴリズムや関連 IT 技術の候補を選定します。また、関係する技術領域のスペシャリストロールと協力し、最適な生成 AI モデルの選択(または構築)と検証、必要なAWSサービスを組み合わせたアーキテクチャおよびお客様の目標実現のロードマップ策定を支援します。
検証のためのPoCの実施など、お客様プロジェクトを関係メンバーと協力しながら実施し、お客様の目標達成を支援します。
生成 AI モデルを継続的に開発もしくは利用するためのFMOps/LLMOps の実現に向けて、お客様の特性や制約などを踏まえた最適な技術、プロセス、体制の提示、その実現に向けての支援を行います。
Basic Qualifications
お客様のビジネスや技術課題について、生成 AI に関する専門知識や経験を元に的確な技術的解決手法やアドバイスを行い問題解決をリードするコンサルティング活動の経験。コンサルタント職種の経験がなくとも、それに準じる実践経験が複数社であること
企業内の生成 AI アプリケーション設計、開発についての実務経験やアプリケーション開発のプロジェクトにおけるリーダーおよびプロジェクトマネジメントの経験
機械学習エンジニアまたはデータサイエンティストとしての実務経験があり、機械学習・深層学習モデルの開発ないしはそれらを組み込んだアプリケーション開発のプロジェクトにおけるリーダーおよびプロジェクトマネジメントの経験
お客様や関係チームの様々な組織階層のメンバーと協業しながら仕事を円滑にリードできるチームマネジメントスキル
Preferred Qualifications
生成 AI 領域に関するソリューションの提案活動経験
Python、JavaScript/TypeScript などのプログラミング言語が得意な方
スクラムなどアジャイル開発をリードした経験
複雑な技術概念や先進的なトピックスについて、お客様への講義、セミナーでの講演や記事を作成したことがある方
AWSの技術を使ったプロジェクト実施/プログラム経験
企業内におけるAIセキュリティ&プライバシー管理、ガバナンスに関わった経験
