仕事内容:

商業施設で行う通信イベントの営業スタッフ募集。

未経験から正社員として、安定した高収入と営業スキルを身につけられます。

試用期間後は月給27万円+インセンティブ支給。

合同会社BoTEは、通信イベント事業を軸に成長を続けている会社です。

現在活躍している社員の多くが未経験スタート。

年齢や社歴に関係なく意見を言いやすく、

チームで支え合う働き方を大切にしています。

札幌市内・札幌近郊の商業施設で開催される通信イベントにて、

スマートフォンや料金プランのご案内を行います。

・イベントブースでのお声がけ

・お客様のニーズヒアリング

・最適なプランのご提案

・申込サポート(先輩社員が必ずフォロー)

※必ず複数名での現場対応

※一人で放置されることはありません

・2ヶ月間の研修制度あり

・現場では先輩社員が常にサポート

・分からないことはすぐに相談できる環境

営業や通信の知識がなくても、

段階的にスキルを身につけられます。

月給:270,000円〜+インセンティブ

※試用期間あり(条件変更なし)

※獲得件数に応じてインセンティブ支給

※基本給が高いため、収入が安定します

勤務時間:10:00〜19:00(実働8時間/休憩1時間)

休日:週休2日(シフト制)

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥270,000 〜 ¥350,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥16,335(10時間相当分)を含む。10時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
