~~【業務内容】~~

『フジスポーツクラブおゆみ野教室』での

体操インストラクターをお任せします

1コマ55分を1日に3~4コマほどご担当予定で、

14~16名の生徒を数名のインストラクターで指導します◎

『体操教室での業務』

・みんなで準備運動

・体操種目の練習(跳び箱、鉄棒、マット、トランポリンなど)

『授業以外の業務』

・設備の手入れや清掃

・新規見学者への説明やご案内

・会員サービスについてのミーティング

・その他事務業務 など

千葉県船橋市を中心に県内に7教室を展開する体操教室です。

(2026年2月にはつくば市に8教室目をオープン予定です)

◆スポーツの経験がある方

◆アクロバット系のスポーツ、競技経験をお持ちの方

◆体操教室でのインストラクター経験をお持ちの方(こちらに該当する場合、体操競技経験は問いません)

県内各地の教室では、

20代~30代のスタッフが中心となって教室運営を行っています

勤務時間・曜日:

8:30~21:00の間でのシフト制(実働5~8時間)

※週のうち2回は実働5時間程度の時短勤務日です。

※残業はほとんどなく、月平均12時間以下です。

<シフト例>

14:30~20:00(実働5時間)

10:30~19:30(実働8時間) など

※週2回は拘束時間4時間~6時間の日

休暇・休日:

週休2日制(シフト制)

※休日数だと少なく感じるかもしれませんが、

出勤日の40%は実働5時間の時短勤務になります。

残業も平均12H以下/月なので、プライベートもきちんと確保いただけます◎

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥257,000 〜 ¥464,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥27,000〜¥60,000(12時間相当分)を含む。12時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

◆月給 25万7000円 〜 46万4000円

※年俸想定4,400,000~7,600,000円

※経験・能力・学歴・前職給与等を最大限考慮の上、決定します。

◇基本給:23万円 〜 40万4000円

◇固定残業代:2万7000円 〜 6万円

※1ヶ月あたり12時間/固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
