仕事内容:
「誰一人として排除しない」「みんなは一人のために、一人はみんなのために」の基本理念をもとに療育的視点に重点を置き、運動療法・生活・作業活動を中心とした支援を行います。
コロロメソッドの基本である「歩行トレーニング、ダイナミックリズム、概念学習」を、集団を活用しながら個々の利用者の能力や状態に応じて、利用者の生活能力向上と安定した日々を送っていけるよう支援していきます。
【日勤シフト(7:00~16:00)の例】
7:00 勤務開始・起床補助(ほとんどの方がご自分で起床できます)
7:15 トイレ・洗面・着替えなど午前の活動に向けて準備します。
8:00 朝食(介助が必要な方は多くありません)
8:30 服薬・歯磨き・トイレ・水分補給など
(15分休憩)
9:30 午前活動(歩行、ダイナミックリズム、洗濯仕分け、掃除、学習など)
11:15午前活動終了~昼食準備
12:00昼食(介助)
12:45~13:30休憩(45分休憩)
13:30午後活動(歩行、ダイナミックリズム、掃除、作業など)
15:40活動終了(日誌記入、片付け、掃除等)
15:45引継ぎ会
16:00勤務終了
療育理論、支援方法については充実した研修を通してお伝えしてまいりますので、特別な資格や福祉の経験は不問「自閉症・知的障害者療育に携わりたい」という<熱い想い>をお持ちの方を募集致します
