【主な仕事内容】

サイトから寄せられる問い合わせに対し、お客様の「現場の困りごと」を解決する、価値提供型の反響営業です

・お客様との打ち合わせ、商談( 電話、メール、FAXがメイン)

→例えばこんなお問い合わせ: 「冬場の外気侵入を防ぎたい」「のれんカーテンを付けたい」「見積もりお願い」など

・見積作成・受注処理・発注業務(専用システム入力)

・現場管理、施工業者手配、材料手配

・自社施工または協力業者への施工依頼・調整

※新規営業などは一切ございません。

※業界未経験OK最初は先輩社員から商品知識や技術を学びながら進めていただけます。

アピールポイント:

●自分で案件を動かす「裁量」と「面白さ」:経験を積んでいただいた後は、個人の裁量にお任せします。

例えば、「1回の出張で効率よく複数の現地調査を回る」といったスケジュール管理や、「協力業者と密に調整して今月中に売上を確定させる」といった判断もあなた次第。

「自分で考えて、稼ぐ」という営業本来の面白さを実感できます。

オフィスワークの日

8:45-9:00 出社

9:00-12:00 午前業務(見積作成、電話・メール対応、社内からの質問対応)

12:00-13:00 昼休憩

13:00-18:00 午後業務(営業部内MTG、施工店との打ち合わせ、見積作成、電話・メール対応)

18:00-18:30 退社

現地調査の日

8:30-9:00 出発 ※直行

11:00-12:00 現地調査(A社)

12:00-13:00 昼休憩

13:00-14:00 移動

14:00-15:00 現地調査(B社)

17:30-18:00 自宅に到着 ※直帰

求める人材:

【必須条件】

●営業経験(業界・年数不問)

●基本的なビジネススキル(メール・電話対応、PCの基本操作など)

【あれば生かせる経験】※必須ではありません

・建設現場、建設資材の業界経験

・現場監督、現場管理経験

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間:9:00~18:00(休憩1時間)

※時間によって現場の直行直帰OK(応相談)

勤務:平日(原則、暦通り)

休暇・休日:

土日祝

※施工対応や、年に1~2回開催の勉強会参加のため土日祝出勤がありますが、

出勤分については振替休暇を取得いただけます。 (2025年7月~12月 振替休暇取得実績:96%)

※事情により振替休暇を取得できなかった場合は、残業代としてお支払いいたします。

※その他に会社公休日あり

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥248,600 〜 ¥400,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥33,840〜¥54,450(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
