日本企業の新たな価値創造に貢献する注力ソリューションにフォーカスし、お客様のTrusted Advisorとしてデジタルトランスフォーメーションを共に推進する新組織となります。お客様のAI時代のデータ活用を変革するOracle AI Data Platform、オープンなマルチクラウドで業界を牽引するOracle /Google/AWSなど活用し、お客様課題を解決するデジタルトランスフォーメーションをお客様と協力して推進します。

- AIエージェント時代におけるAIのためのデータ戦略がより重要となってきている中で、お客様の業務の課題やニーズを正しく理解し、OracleのAIソリューションが持つCapabilityを活かして、業務データを活用した実際に使えるAI・アプリケーションを提案、プロトタイプを実装します。
- OracleのAIソリューションのバリューを伝えるプレゼンテーションやデモだけでなく、お客様の課題やニーズの理解から実際に手を動かしてプロトタイプを開発し、お客様の課題解決に向けた創造的で実用的な技術支援を行います。
< Role & Responsibility/ 個人に期待する役割やミッション>
- アカウントを担当するSalesやプリセールスとともにチームを組み、AI Engineerとして顧客の業務課題やニーズに対するAIとデータを活用したサービスのアーキテクトをリードしていただきます。
- 業務で"実際に使える"AIアプリケーションを提案する立場として、AIモデルのロジック実装だけでなく、必要なデータの処理や既存業務システムとの連携、運用・改善を見据えた実装を考慮しながら提案を進めていくことが求められます。
- 顧客のステークホルダーと直接コミュニケーションを取りながらAI討プロジェクトへの提案を推進していく役割と、社内のアカウント担当のSalesや製品担当のエンジニアともチームを組み、密に連携しあいながら新しい領域へチームで提案を進めていく協調性、柔軟性が求められます。
- 技術進化のスピードの速いAI領域において、常に最新技術を習得し、スキルアップしていくことが求められます。

1. AI/ML、生成AIの実装経験
2. Web/業務アプリケーション開発スキル(UI/UX設計、フロントエンド/バックエンド開発)
3. API連携・クラウド設計の経験(AWS、Azure、GCP、OCI等)
4. セキュリティ・性能を考慮したシステム設計能力
(思考・姿勢)
1. プリセールスとしての日本の顧客ステークホルダーとの柔軟なビジネスコミュニケーション
2. 業務理解への興味と、顧客課題を深く理解しようとする姿勢
3. ブラックボックス化を避け、説明可能なシステムを志向する意識
4. 継続運用を前提とした設計思想
1. データサイエンスの実践経験やMLOps/AIOpsの実践経験

4. AI/ML、生成AI関連の資格
英文のマニュアルを読み製品機能を理解できる程度の語学力があることが望ましい。
HQの開発部隊のメンバーとの英語でのコミュニケーションが可能なくらいの語学力の方は歓迎。
東京(リモート勤務可。週に2日以上の出社を推奨。)
