A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As an Account Manager (or Associate Account Manager) at MKS Japan, you will partner with the Applications Engineer team, Customer Service, and MKS Business Units to sell the company's products to a strategic customer. By leveraging MKS's industry-leading product portfolio, global reach, and technical expertise, you will be instrumental in our continued success and growth strategy in Japan.

You Will Make an Impact By:

• Develops and implements account strategies to achieve sales targets and expand MKS market share.
• Proactively seeks and finds new business opportunities and promotes MKS products to the customer.
• Builds solid relationships with customers at multiple levels in the organization and with key MKS stakeholders.
• Ensures timely and clear communication between customers and MKS Business Units throughout the sales cycle.
• Conducts market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Qualifies sales opportunities in terms of MKS business case, customer commercial requirements, competitive landscape, and MKS's value proposition.
• Manages and drives timelines and action items in Japan and with the MKS Business Units to ensure customer needs are met consistently.
• Timely and accurate reporting of sales information, market trends, and competitor intelligence.
• Maintains and updates sales forecasts in a timely manner for regular reporting and alignment with internal stakeholders. 

Skills You Bring:

• 5+ years business experience in the FEOL Semiconductor industry.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar background preferred.
• Proven track record of developing business and relationships with customers.
• Knowledge of FEOL semiconductor processing equipment.
• Ability to deliver compelling presentations and proposals in Japanese and English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent Japanese and Business English level required.
