\金融系センター運営サポート/
金融事業推進本部にて、関東エリア(首都圏・千葉・神奈川)の
クライアント運営センターを担当する
営業スタッフとしてご活躍いただきます。
東京虎ノ門本社の営業担当の指示のもと、
各センターを巡回し、運営支援・課題対応を行うポジションです。
【具体的な業務内容】
・センターMG、チーフSV、管理者層との定期面談・相談対応
- メンタルフォローを含めた人的課題の早期発見・対応
・センター駐在クライアントからの要望・課題ヒアリング
- 内容に応じてセンターMGと連携し課題解決、クライアントへの報告
・採用面接、契約更新面談のサポートなど、センター運営に関わる事務支援
・新規営業活動のアシスタント業務
- 提案書作成、見積、原価計算、仕様書・マニュアル作成 等
※新規営業アシスタント業務は将来的にお任せする可能性があります。

《日本語スキル》
ビジネスまたは接客レベルで日本語でのコミュニケーションが取れる方(JLPT N1相当)
Native-level Japanese communication skills required.

実働時間:7時間30分/日
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日
9:00~17:30
(実働7.5h/休憩1h)
*月~金の週5日勤務

(一律手当を含む)

一律勤務加算手当:4,120円 含む
※勤務加算手当は評価により4,120円~20,280円の範囲で変動

*サポート手当:3,500円/月
*リモートワーク手当:200円/回
*特別手当:年2回(基本給1ヶ月分相当×2回/2024年度実績)
交通費:通勤交通費全額支給
