【募集背景】
当社は現在、社員数約550名の体制から、今後5~7年で1,000名規模への成長を見据えています。その中核となる管理基盤の整備が急務であり、コーポレートITは経営のレバレッジを担う存在として再定義されています。
現行の情報システム部門は一定の体制を持っているものの、急速な業容拡大に対して十分に機能しているとは言い難く、今後の飛躍に向けた構造改革が求められています。
そのため、今回はIT戦略マネージャーとして、現場に根ざした改革のリードと、社内システム全体の進化を推進いただける方を募集します。
タイトルはマネージャークラスとしていますが、将来的には当社のIT戦略全体を担うポジションへの発展も期待されています。
当社は独立系総合コンサルティングファームとして、DXや業務改革を多数の企業で支援してきました。
だからこそ、社内ITにおいても高度な業務改善・構想力が求められます。
表層的な運用管理ではなく、「自社の変革主体者」としての視座を持っていただける方とともに、次のフェーズをつくっていきたいと考えています。
【業務内容】
・ コーポレートITにおけるグランドデザインの策定と実現に向けたリーダーシップ
・ 最新技術の調査・検討・利活用推進(社内導入および社外発信)
・ 社内業務の潜在的課題に対するIT戦略立案と実行(生産性向上・効率化)
・ 社内システム(主にSaaS)の計画・企画・導入・運用・改善の主導
・ ITインフラ(ネットワーク等含む)環境の整備と改善推進
・ システム課題・障害に対する根本原因分析と再発防止策の立案実行
・ 情報システム部門のマネジメント(5名程度、将来的に増員予定)
【組織構成】情報システム課 IT企画部門 マネージャー1名、アシスタント1名
※ヘルプデスク、キッティング等の社内システムインフラ系については別部門が担当しております。
【求める人材】
【必須要件】
・ コーポレートITにおける構想・設計経験(グランドデザインレベル)
・ 500名以上の事業会社における情報システム部門の実務および責任者経験
・ 社内外の関係者と円滑に合意形成を行うコミュニケーション能力
・ 基幹システムや各種SaaSに関する業務知見 ・ 情報システム部門でのマネジメント経験
【歓迎要件】
・ 各種SaaSの選定~導入~運用経験
・ iPaaS(Low/No Code等)を活用した業務改善経験
・ ITインフラ(ネットワーク、サーバ等)の技術的理解および実務経験
・ コンサルティングファーム/SIerでの勤務経験
・ 1,000名以上の規模感を有する企業での勤務経験
【給与】
年収 1000 ~ 1200 万円
