仕事内容


スタンダード市場上場グループで、

グループ売上352億円・従業員数10,347名と大きな規模を誇り

全国で製造業を中心に人材派遣事業を展開している当社。

弊社取引先の製造現場で働くスタッフの

採用活動を行う、採用担当を募集します。

【仕事内容】

・応募者対応

メールや電話で応募情報が届きます。

コールセンターのスタッフが面接予約まで対応するので

採用担当は面接対応が主な業務となります。

面接はエントリーシートに沿って希望を確認し、

紹介するお仕事の詳細説明などを行ないます。

面接は30分から1時間ほどかかり、1日に3、4件程対応します。

面接後は管理者へ応募者情報の共有をし、システムに情報を登録します。

面接はWEB、電話、対面で実施します。

・現地工場の見学

入社したスタッフが働く場所を視察し、

面接時にどんな環境であるかをご案内するため、

補足情報を収集しに行くこともあります。

管理者と一緒に行きますので、

工場への訪問が初めての方もご安心ください。

・求人広告の手配や確認

営業メンバーから採用するターゲット層や予算を確認し

求人を掲載するサイトや雑誌を選びます。

求人広告会社に採用ターゲットや雇用条件などを伝え、

効果を生む広告になるよう打ち合わせを行います。

掲載プランなどを決め、見積書を確認し、

内容に問題がなければ申し込みをします。

掲載内容の確認・校正(原稿修正)も行ないます。

社内に求人広告の専任チームがあり、

すぐに相談できる環境です。

通常の事務職よりも、覚える事は多いかもしれません。

その分、先輩社員やリーダーがしっかりとフォローします。

パソコンを使う機会も多いですが、

メールや決まったシステムに入力するだけなので

文字入力ができれば大丈夫です。

複雑なスキルは必要ありません

もし足りないスキルがあれば、お教えしますのでご安心くださいね

応募者とのやりとりや、

他の採用担当との情報共有、

営業担当に案件情報の確認など

人とコミュニケーションをとる機会がとても多い業務です。

未経験の方でも「人と接することが好き」であればすぐに活躍できます。

完全週休二日制、土日祝休みで

プライベートの時間もしっかり確保できます。

事前申請はお願いしていますが、

有給も取得しやすい環境です。

基本的にはオフィスへ出社しての勤務ですが、

お子さんやご家族の事情でやむを得ない場合は

一部在宅勤務での対応も可能なため、

子育てと両立している方も多く活躍しています。

産前産後・育児休暇の取得・復帰の実績も多く、

5年後、10年後を視野に仕事に取り組んでいただけます。

フレックス制度があり(コアタイム10時~15時)

「今日は面接対応でいつもより遅くなったから、

明日はその分朝をゆっくり」

「残業した分で、来週の金曜日は16時に早上がり」

といったことも可能です。

<先輩たちも未経験スタートがほとんど>

実は前職は製造業、接客業、飲食業など

異業種から始めたスタッフがほとんど。

研修をきちんと行い、ゼロからしっかり学べます。

服装はオフィスカジュアル、

あまり派手でなければピンクやベージュ系のネイルもOKです。

採用コーディネーターは20代30代の女性スタッフが9割活躍中です。

本厚木駅から徒歩5~8分と

電車通勤も便利な、駅チカなオフィスです。

周辺にスーパーやコンビニ、飲食店もあり、

帰りついでにお買い物もしやすい環境です。

オフィス内には無料で使用できるドリンクサーバーもあります。

基本給:月給 23万円

固定残業代:なし
