あなたにお任せするのは、
断熱材の吹付けを行う職人さんを
サポートする現場アシスタント
はみ出た断熱材をサクサク切ったり、
現場が汚れないようにテープを貼ったり
補助業務がメインです
「パソコン作業よりも体を動かしたい」
「手に職をつけてスキルUPしたい」
と考えている方にはピッタリ
普通免許さえあれば、特別な経験や
学歴は一切不要です。
ゼロからでもコツコツ技術を身につけ、
安定した収入を目指していけますよ
業界内でもまだあまり見かけない、
最先端の市場価値が高い技術です。
【具体的な仕事内容】
- 現場の養生(テープ貼り)
- 断熱材のスキマ埋め・仕上げ
- 現場の片付け など
専門的な知識は要りません
「見て覚えろ」なんていう古い文化はナシ。
先輩スタッフが優しく丁寧に教えます。
移動時間なんかはスマホOKにしたり、
ワイワイ談笑しながら
チームワークを育てています

一日のスケジュールを紹介

6:30 拠点に集合 トラックで現場へGO
8:00 現場到着/作業スタート(まずは養生作業)
10:00 補修 or 削り作業
12:00 ランチタイム
13:00 午後の補修作業再開
15:00 清掃・片付け
15:30 現場出発
17:00 拠点到着、お疲れ様でした

走る・重量物の運搬などはありませんが、
夏場は暑い中で作業いただきます。

道具の名前や現場の流れなど

未経験でも安心して"吹付職人"への道を目指せます
勤務時間詳細
実働時間:1日あたり7時間30分
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり22日 〜 25日
スタートが早い分、
現場によっては14時・15時には
帰宅できるところもあり
※1日実働7.5h お昼に1時間、午前と午後にそれぞれ15分ずつ休憩
※集合は現場による(6時台目安)

※固定残業代8万円~11万7000円(45h分)含/超過分別途支給
