Manage and supervise machine operators working with machines for inspecting and packaging pharmaceutical products such as tablets and injections. Responsible for overseeing specific operations, collaborating with machine operators, and supporting line specialists as needed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing personnel and machines, performing daily inspections, and ensuring a safe working environment
- Recording and verifying machine operation and maintenance records
- Conducting periodic and random validations and inspections
- Supporting vendor inspections and troubleshooting
- Participating in new employee training and other related tasks
Additionally, may be required to perform quality control and quality assurance tasks as per supervisor's instructions.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Knowledge and skills in GMP and EHS
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
