【看護師】

利用者様のご自宅での看護サービス提供

【主なお仕事について】

・訪問看護業務:医療処置、健康管理、療養相談対応(1日5件程度)

・電話対応専任業務:利用者からの電話対応と内容整理・報告

・オンコール専任業務:夜間の電話対応と必要時の病状確認訪問

1日5件程度の利用者様宅訪問で医療処置・健康管理・療養相談を実施。24時間体制のサポートで医療ニーズの高い方にも対応し、本格的な看護経験を積めます。

必須要件:看護師資格(准看護師は不可)

勤務時間・曜日:

訪問看護+オンコール勤務の場合:

・日勤:8:50~17:50(週40時間)

・オンコール:17:50~8:50(月4~5回程度)

※オンコール時間は勤務扱いとなり、オンコール明けは勤務不要です ※オンコール時間は休日にはカウントされません

休暇・休日:

週2日の休日、および当月の祝日

夏季休日:会社指定の3日間

冬季休日:会社指定の4日間

【給与詳細】基本給: 月給260,000円以上(看護師経験5年以上の想定)

各種手当:

・教育手当:10,000円

・調整手当:30,000円

・食事手当:10,000円

・住宅手当:20,000円(条件あり)

・家族手当:扶養家族1名につき5,000円

その他:

・時間超過分は別途支給

・賞与:基本給1.5ヶ月分+評価額 ×2回(夏・冬)
