養護老人ホーム 翠明院での生活支援スタッフ

三重県いなべ市藤原町鼎1166番地にある養護老人ホームで、65歳以上の利用者様の日常生活をサポートするお仕事です。老人福祉法に基づき、食事・入浴・排泄といった生活の基本となる介護業務を担当していただきます。

主な業務内容

食事介助・入浴介助・排泄介助などの身体介護

利用者様の健康状態の観察と記録

レクリエーション活動の企画・運営

趣味のクラブ活動(お花、カラオケ、唄おう会、器楽、ゲートボールなど)のサポート

施設内の環境整備

当施設は元気な利用者様が多く、日常生活に潤いと生きがいを持っていただくための活動が充実しています。利用者様との交流を大切にしながら、笑顔あふれる毎日を一緒に作っていきましょう。

【勤務時間】

変形労働時間制(1ヶ月単位)

早番06:30~、日勤08:00~、遅番09:00~、夜勤18:00~の組み合わせ。残業は少なめで、有給取得も推奨しています。

・基本給:173,800円~302,300円

・特殊業務手当:6,952円~13,603円

・処遇改善手当:13,000 円 ~ 25,000円

・夜勤手当:10,000円/回(月2~3回程度)

・昇給:あり 2,300円~7,200円/月

・賞与:あり 年2回 計4.5ヶ月分(前年度実績)
