【仕事内容】
産業用及び農地への大規模な太陽光発電システムを設置する現場管理のお仕事です。
未経験・無資格の方でも応募大歓迎です。
<主な業務内容>
公共施設や発電設備の現地調査、工事の進捗確認、
工事の職人達とコミュニケーションをとりながらの現場管理となります。
現場は、関東、東北、北陸などで、工期も2週間や2ヶ月程。遠方の場合、工期中はホテルなどから現場に向かいます。
最初は、ベテラン社員と共に現場監督補佐をしながら業務を覚えていただき、
施工管理技士の資格取得をし、一流の現場監督を目指します。
難しい作業もあるかと思いますが、一から優しく指導しますのでご安心してください。
