職務詳細

【期待する役割】

事業の一つであるレーザ装置の開発・販売事業は、半導体の検査に使用されており、世界的な半導体需要の高まりと併せてシェアを拡大しています。半導体の小型化・高機能化が進んでおり、迅速かつ精緻な半導体検査ができる同社の装置が注目されています。その事業を支えるため、経理業務において広範囲にご活躍頂ける方、特に連結決算業務のご経験がある方やチャレンジしたい方にご入社頂きたいと考えております。

<具体的には>

・日次・月次・年次決算業務全般(仕訳入力、試算表作成、残高確認)

・四半期/年次連結決算サポートおよび開示資料の準備

・予算と実績との差異分析レポート作成

・監査法人対応

・内部統制運用

・将来のマネージャー候補として、メンバー育成や業務プロセス改善提案

<経験・スキル>

【必須要件】

・経理実務経験 3 年以上(決算業務の一連プロセスを理解していること)

【歓迎要件】

・連結決算経験

・開示資料の作成・監査対応経験

・部門マネジメントまたは後輩指導の実績

・RPA/BI ツールを用いた業務改善経験

・ビジネスレベルの英語でのメール・会議対応

<語学>
